We'd love to hear what you're looking forward to, so feel free to post in the comments below on what you are enthusiastic for. We’re also only listing North American and European dates, so you’ll have to look up the other territories. It's still too early for some of the later games, so everything out this summer and later, or big unknowns, are going to be lumped together until further notice. Unlike prior years, we're going to keep this a little short and sweet so you can use this as a handy reference guide without having to go through tons of pages of content just to find the game you are looking for.Įvery game here is slated to be releathesed sometime in 2017 for consoles and PC.
We plan on keeping this list updated as new RPGs, adventure games, and other relevant titles we sometimes cover are announced along with their release dates. Even better is the launch of a brand new console with the Nintendo Switch and all the hype that surrounds it. Whatever type of fan you are for this genre, there's a lot to get excited about.
That includes both high-profile releases like Horizon Zero Dawn and Persona 5 to smaller but still important titles like Nier Automata and Nioh - with everything in between. Many important titles have either been announced for the new year or slipped into it for one reason or another.
2017 is already a far more impressive-looking year than 2016 was (in many respects, and we hope it stays that way).
